(2) Link the requirements and policies to supporting documentation. (3) Formulate strategies and gain insights to create or improve your CME program.

(2) Identify what stage of DEI is encompassed within your CME program. (3) Use concept mapping to assist in further developing your CME program. (4) Apply a DEI methodology that best meets their needs.

Steve Singer, PhD, Vice President of Education and Outreach, Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), Chicago, IL Objectives: (1) Engage CE colleagues and stakeholders to reflect on opportunities for growth and renewal for their continuing education program. (2) Articulate an action plan for advancing a learning culture at your organization. (3) Identify at least one aspect of your duties as a CE professional that brings joy and meaning to your work.

1–2 pm Factors Affecting Population Health in Texas Deanna Cureton, Public Health Policy Analyst, MPH Meredith Vinez, Public Health Policy Analyst, MPA, MPH Texas Medical Association, Austin Objectives: (1) Improve understanding of health disparities and their causes and give examples of some of the most common disparities in Texas. (2) Promote the development of education on health disparities in your organization’s CME Program. (3) Identify the commendation criteria that could potentially align with CME activities related to health disparities.
2–3 pm Marketing Online Education 101 Mary Sisney, Marketing Specialist, Stanford University, CME Department, Palo Alto, CA Objectives: (1) Articulate the need for a marketing campaign for their online education. (2) Identify the 2022 trends in marketing for online education. (3) State at least 3 online tools you can implement to assist with you marketing campaign. (4) Implement 10 strategies for marketing your online education.

(2) Brainstorm ideas to get the activity compliant.
